• What is the Fusion5 Cybersecurity Assessment (CSA)?

  The Fusion5 CSA is a comprehensive cybersecurity evaluation framework that assesses your business’s security posture. It utilises the Centre for Internet Security (CIS) Controls v8 and the Essential Eight to measure and enhance your security defences. 

• What does the assessment cover?

  Our CSA covers 18 critical CIS Controls, addressing various aspects of cybersecurity, including management, technical defences, data protection, and incident response. The assessment includes a thorough analysis of your endpoints, cloud services, and internal controls to provide a holistic view of your security maturity. 

• Who is eligible for the 60% off offer?

  This offer is available to any New Zealand business that engages with us for a CSA before 30 May, 2024. It’s ideal for companies looking to elevate their cybersecurity practices and align with industry standards. 

• How long will the assessment take?

  The time frame for the assessment depends on the complexity and size of your business's digital infrastructure. Typically, the entire process, from the kick-off meeting to the final presentation of recommendations, will be completed by April/May 2024, depending on your sign-up date. 

• What is included in the 60% off offer?

  The offer includes a full CSA at half the usual cost — down from $12,000 NZD to $5,000 NZD. It also grants access to discounted rates for prepaid remediation/advisory hours to be used within 90 days following the assessment. 

• Will there be additional costs beyond the discounted assessment fee?

  The assessment fee covers the CSA and the final report with recommendations. Any additional services, such as remediation or advisory services beyond the initial assessment, are available at a discounted rate but will incur extra costs. 

• What happens after the assessment?

  After the assessment, you will receive a detailed report with insights and actionable recommendations. You can utilise the discounted prepaid remediation/advisory hours to address the identified issues with our experts’ assistance. 

• How do I schedule my CSA?

  To schedule your CSA, complete the form and one of our specialists will arrange a discovery session to discuss your specific needs and set up the assessment within 48 hours. 

• What if I have specific compliance requirements?

  Our team is experienced in various industry standards and compliance requirements. During the discovery session, we'll gather information on your specific compliance needs to ensure that the assessment addresses them. 

• How secure is the information shared during the assessment?

  We uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection. All information shared and collected during the assessment is treated with strict confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of the assessment. 

• Can the prepaid remediation/advisory hours be extended beyond 90 days?

  The prepaid hours are designed to give you a jump start on improving your cybersecurity posture immediately after the assessment. They are best used within the 90-day period to ensure timely action on the recommendations. 

• What does "terms and conditions apply" mean?

  This phrase indicates that there are specific terms, conditions, and legal stipulations that govern the offer. We advise all interested parties to review these terms carefully before proceeding with the assessment to ensure understanding and agreement.
