ICT End User Support Analyst

We are looking for a hardworking and self-motivated person with the capability to be the “go-to-person” for anything and everything around ICT services, based in our Wellington Office.

Skillset required to be successful in the role:

  • Demonstrated industry experience in a customer facing technical support role
  • Solid experience with Windows and Mac OS, Linux experience a bonus
  • 1+ years hands-on experience in IT Operations (compliance, security, monitoring/event management) ideally coming from an enterprise managed services environment
  • Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate and follow instructions
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365 configuration and applications
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune
  • Proficient with PowerShell scripting, Linux shell scripting a bonus
  • Understanding of automated OS builds and software provisioning using Microsoft Autopilot and Intune
  • An ability to write knowledge base articles, design system diagrams and maintain documentation
  • Ability to work with critical systems in a high-pressure environment while following change management procedures

Responsibilities for managing and supporting our internal ICT Infrastructure:

  • Providing operational support and performing maintenance and management of Microsoft Azure resources
  • Automating routine tasks and workflows using Runbooks and Automation tools
  • Managing Microsoft 365 and Office365 administration components, including Exchange
  • Ongoing operation and managing the health and compliance of our end points using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune
  • Managing the Windows Autopilot and Standard Operating Environment build and configuration
  • Regular patching of Application and Operating Systems using Azure and Intune
  • Managing Identity and Access Management, asset and configuration management using Active Directory and Entra AD (formerly Azure AD) solutions.
