Fusion5’s integrated approach to social justice.
Infoxchange is a significant not-for-profit social enterprise that has partnered with Fusion5 to implement NetSuite and Ivanti’s Service Management Platform.
Infoxchange solves a wide range of social issues with community, government and corporate partners. Over 6500 organisations across the community sector use their technology-based products and services.
Previously, Infoxchange relied heavily on spreadsheets, multiple disparate software systems and manual processes.
“The lack of system integration makes it hard to extract information,” says Brian McLaughlin, Partnerships and Business Development Manager at Infoxchange.
“And it’s difficult to market our services and products because our view of clients across the organisation is fragmented.”
Infoxchange went to market in 2017 to find a new financial platform which could be integrated with a replacement for their in-house ticketing solution. After evaluating over 20 financial solutions, Infoxchange chose NetSuite.
“We wanted cloud-based, and only NetSuite met our extensive range of requirements, and provides the ability to configure the system to meet these requirements,” says McLaughlin.
Infoxchange selected Ivanti’s Service Management Platform to replace their ticketing system, and asked Fusion5 to deliver both platforms.
“Fusion5 is a close cultural fit,” says McLaughlin, “they understand the not-for-profit sector, and we believe we can work closely with them to deliver the project outcomes.
“Their ability to provide and integrate both the chosen solutions was a compelling reason for their selection. We didn’t want to work with multiple partners.”
McLaughlin says the new, integrated platforms will deliver significant business improvements.
“Achieving a single client view is a key benefit. We’ll have improved visibility and real-time reporting for projects, financials and ticketing. And we’ll save administration costs well into the future, so the cost of owning the technology is minimised.”
