What is your role at Fusion5?
I am a Service Delivery Manager in the Customer Success Team at Fusion5. Our role is a dynamic position which involves daily engagements with customers and the Fusion5 team, primarily looking after support arrangements, as well as project and operational requirements.
What attracted you to Fusion5?
While I was living in London, I worked in the exhibition sector managing partnerships with IT companies in the Edtech sphere. This experience gave me an insight to the importance of technological solutions in our everyday lives, particularly in the workplace and education. In many ways Fusion5 is the embodiment of putting these ideas into practice.
The diversity in Fusion5 has also been a huge attraction, everything from gender, geographical locations, to backgrounds.
The evolving nature of technology means there is always room for learning new things.
What are you working on?
My main role is to look after customers in the Enterprise Resource Planning pillar, with a particular focus on JD Edwards and more recently, in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
What makes a ‘good day’?
Knowing that I have achieved everything I set out to complete for the day. Having a checklist and seeing a tick next to the tasks is very fulfilling.
What are you famous for?
My positive attitude and (hopefully) getting things done, and done well.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I love travelling, reading, doing yin yoga, going for walks and listening to podcasts.
