What’s your role at Fusion5?
I started as a Functional Consultant and was then promoted to a Senior Functional Consultant where I provided consulting and support across multiple ERP process streams.
Before going on maternity leave I moved into a Project Manager role and since coming back I have been promoted to a Team Leader for the ERP Functional Team.
What attracted you to Fusion5?
To gain the experience and exposure of working with very diverse clients. I also enjoy being challenged and there are always opportunities at Fusion5 to be put outside your comfort zone, which in turn enables growth. I have now been with Fusion5 for over 6 years, in that time, I have worked on many projects and changed roles three times. Personally I have also been married and had 2 children in that time. Fusion5 enables an excellent work/life balance that not many companies offer.
What are you working on?
Just back from maternity leave and started a new role so very busy managing resourcing for the team. I am also working on site at a client that is keeping a lot of our team busy.
What makes a ‘good day’?
Being really busy but also getting lots of tasks completed in a day and feeling productive. I enjoy managing the team and also making decisions on who should do what to try and keep the team busy. I love the feeling of building good relationships with clients and colleagues and to know that it helps to build a lasting relationship.
What are you famous for?
Attention to detail and being very thorough, I make clients feel understood. I am also known for learning new products quite easily.
What do you get up to outside of work?
My passion outside of work is my family. I also like to be prepared for the week ahead and fit in exercise where I can. Try to do some fun things with my two girls.
