What’s your role at Fusion5?
I joined Fusion5 as a Service Delivery Manager within the Customer Success Team. I have since moved into an Account Management role supporting a large number of our Microsoft customers. It is my role to ensure our customers are happy and gaining everything they need from the team supporting them.
What attracted you to Fusion5?
I had a friend working for Fusion5 who always spoke highly of the culture and the great people working for the company. When the right position came up, I was lucky to get an interview and meet the team for myself - I could see Fusion5 was going to be a great place to work and I have not been disappointed!
What are you working on?
I have spent the year in my new role getting to know a wider variety of contacts within my accounts. It has been great to learn more about our customers and their staff and how Fusion5 can be of assistance to work towards their goals and drivers.
What makes a ‘good day’?
A good day is knowing that our customers have had the best support they could possibly have from our team.
What are you famous for?
I am famous for being a loud and smiley character in the office who likes to get stuff done.
What do you get up to outside of work?
I love to get away at the weekends and explore our amazing country, I do a lot of hiking on the weekends.
