What’s your role at Fusion5?
I joined Fusion5 as a Service Delivery Manager within the Customer Success Team and I am essentially the voice for the customer within Fusion5 to ensure the best outcome is achieved. I am responsible for the overall operational level of all assigned customers including managing all “business as usual” issues. I have recently been promoted to a Service Delivery Team Lead role and now I am responsible for a team of Service Delivery Managers.
What attracted you to Fusion5?
I have a friend working for Fusion5 who always speaks highly of the culture and the great people working for the company. When the right position came up I was lucky to get an interview and meet the team for myself - I could see Fusion5 was going to be a great place to work and I have not been disappointed!
What are you working on?
I am currently working with our Microsoft Dynamics CRM/AX customers across New Zealand. Having recently being promoted I am getting to know my new team and working through their development and career goals.
What makes a ‘good day’?
A good day is knowing that our customers have had the best support they could possibly have from our team. If I can turn a difficult situation into a positive outcome that makes me extremely happy.
What are you famous for?
I am famous for being a loud and smiley character in the office who likes to get stuff done.
What do you get up to outside of work?
Having only lived in New Zealand for 5 years I love to get away at the weekends and explore our amazing country.
