Our OCM practice is growing rapidly and looking for an OCM professional to help grow the practice and help our customers.

We are looking for someone who can:

  • Deliver OCM Services to customers and generate consulting revenue
  • Plan and implement OCM for customer engagements
  • Adapt approach to budgets and customer needs
  • Work on multiple projects at once on different technologies and industries globally
  • Represent OCM in Presales activities
  • Effectively identify and manage the risks, issues, pre-requisites, dependencies, and changes in scope associated with OCM projects including appropriate mitigation strategies

You’ll also have the following:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in OCM consulting and/or change management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Experience as an OCM Specialist within a commercial program of works in a variety of industries
  • Ability to influence and build productive relationships with industry providers and stakeholders
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office toolset; particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
  • Ability to apply analytical skill and conceptual thinking to solutions planning across a range of technologies
  • Sound understanding and application of Organisational Change Management methodologies and competencies including planning, financials, scope, time, quality, communications, risk, procurement, and integration
  • Experience in building relationships with internal and external clients
  • OCM training and certification with a recognised, leading institution, together with industry experience in implementing OCM as part of software delivery projects.
