Fusion5 is looking for an experienced, motivated, customer-centric and target-driven individual to join our successful and expanding sales team in Christchurch, Auckland, or Wellington. The successful individual will be responsible for managing Fusion5’s ongoing relationship with our strategic customers.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage the ongoing relationship with an assigned portfolio of ERP customers, seeking to understand their strategic objectives and priorities
- Ensure that your accounts are fully leveraging their Fusion5 supported solutions, and that Fusion5 is supporting the customers with their user adoption and continuous benefits realisation
- Bring value and industry expertise to customers, positioning Fusion5 as a trusted and strategic partner that enables their organisation’s growth and achievement of organisational objectives
- Strategic solution selling, focusing on consulting services and software license opportunities
- Meet sales targets and be the relevant escalation point for any major customer issues
- Develop strategies to grow awareness and adoption of Fusion5 solutions and services across our platform of solutions and offerings
- Orchestrate executive and Solution Specialists introductions and engagements between your customers and Fusion5, across multiple business units
- Manage licensing renewals 90 days in advance confirming solution commitment, identify upsell opportunities, to maximise renewal and growth
- Develop and maintain account plans with your assigned customer portfolio
- Maintain and expand relationships with key contacts in your account base through frequent customer meetings
- Nurture and maintain a strong relationship with our core vendors.\]
The successful applicant will:
- Have strong experience in business solution selling and account management (ideally NetSuite or other ERP solutions)
- Demonstrate evidence of managing complex strategic accounts and achieving year-on-year targets with forecasting accuracy
- Have experience using a consultative approach to understand customers’ key strategic drivers and map solutions to these
- Possess excellent communication skills (both written and interpersonal) with high EQ
- Have a confident, polite, and professional manner, demonstrate proficiency in building relationships and is experienced in dealing with a wide range of senior and mid-level decision-makers
- Engage internal service and support stakeholders in a professional manner and communicate well (in a timely manner) with customers on our delivery
- Be responsible for updating Account Management calls, account plans and other key information into in the CRM
- Thrive on identifying potential solutions, developing and implementing sales strategies, and delivering top quality account management service
- Be energetic, driven and tenacious with the natural desire to achieve in a competitive climate.
