Fusion5 is looking for a talented and proactive Business Partner to join our Trans-Tasman Licensing & SaaS Team within our wider Finance Team.

Based in Auckland, you’ll be an essential part of our team providing finance support across the Fusion5 SaaS & Licensing revenue streams in both New Zealand and Australia whilst providing first level finance support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure customer sales and renewals across revenue streams are effectively managed with sales orders and customer invoices raised within renewal period, proactively following up when required
  • Understanding of complex billing requirements across multiple vendors and customers, ensuring all costs associated with renewals are validated and orders placed are aligned to customer sales orders
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify key requirements and/or issues with renewals including compliance, contract terms, conditions and pricing
  • Build and own relationships with our vendor partners along with accessing and ordering via Partner Supplier portals
  • Provide meaningful reporting to Fusion5’s internal teams relating to licensing and SaaS products.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills with a collaborative style of engagement and experience dealing with customers, suppliers and internal team members
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail, as you’ll be working on pricing, ensuring deal profitability
  • Experience with SaaS and Licensing Sales and renewals, order processing and reporting would be highly advantageous
  • High level of competency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications and databases, in particular Excel
  • Ability to self-learn new systems (supplier portals)
  • Able to deliver results within required deadline and resolve issues effectively before they become urgent
  • Level-headed team player, approachable, professional with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
