We are seeking a motivated and creative Employee Engagement Graduate, with a degree in Marketing and Communications and a passion for people, to support our employee engagement initiatives.
In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager of Employee Engagement to develop and implement strategies that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs and activities
- Create and manage internal communications to promote company values, culture, and events
- Assist with conducting surveys and analyse feedback to identify areas for improvement in employee engagement
- Support the creation of engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, and social media platforms
- Assist with monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Passion for employee engagement and workplace culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
