FOCUS has been developed from years of experience in implementing mid range solutions. Our methodology combines a quick and pragmatic approach along with flexibility for variations dependent on our customers' needs for skills transfer and more active participation. Our approach also includes a well defined set off deliverables available for sign off at every stage. In brief, the key elements of FOCUS are:
Mobilise

Define
- Gather sufficient information to establish the current and future state perspectives of our customers' business processes.
- Document the agreed requirements.
- Understand the gaps between the desired business processes and the software.
- Determine options for resolution of gaps.
- Agree and sign off.
Prototype
- Fusion5 will build a prototype of the customer's defined business processes using the chosen software.
Validate
- Fusion5 will validate the prototype and the new business processes with project team members and key business sponsors. These will be refined based on feedback from the customer.
- Agree and sign off.
Implement
- Once the model is agreed, the system must be further developed, tested, tuned, and documented ready for use.
- Data is converted, reports are written, forms are developed. Security is implemented.
- End users are trained.
- Go Live.
Support
- Develop a plan for on going support, both on-site and remote.
