Impac is a sophisticated health and safety risk management software solution designed to simplify risk management and improve performance.

Impac has a number of modules including:
Incidents / Events: On line data capture of events and real time notifications and reporting. Comprehensive integration enabling analysis and reporting of incidents and their relationships with hazards / risks, compliance obligations or people.
Risks / Hazards: Enter risks and hazards, track the implementation of control measures, produce hazard registers, risk profiles and receive automatic notifications for review dates
Action Management: Assign, track and follow up on actions, generate action management or summary reports and receive automatic reminders for actions as they fall due.
Auditing: Manage operational audits by building audit tools, recording audit results, generating summary reports and scheduling actions to ensure non-conformances are addressed.

Training: Look after all training records and generate training reports for individuals, courses or course refreshers.
Safety Plans: Develop a safety plan for a particular project or work activity, assign relevant hazards from register and enter actions that need to be completed during the project.
Compliance Obligations (e.g. Environment Consents / Permits): Enter consents, permits and other obligations into the database and identify the actions that need to be performed. The system will then send out notifications, reminders for renewals and produce compliance summary reports.
Contractor Management: Ensure requirements as a principal are met by implementing the contractor accreditation processes. This includes pre-qualifications, monitoring insurances, induction records and employee licences and recording monitoring events. The system will create monthly management reports and reminders to contractors if any requirements require renewal.
Management Reporting: Generate a range of management reports to enable effective management of risk, safety and environmental requirements.
